This is an Integrated Double Degree Program leading to B.A.,LL. B. where students are taught Social Sciences and Standard Legal subjects parallely.Practicals include Seminar and Clinical Legal (Clinical Legal Education is a combination of classroom teaching and Assignments.) Education papers of semesters, paper on Local Language in sixth semester and practical training papers of semesters I, II, III , IV & X.
Eligibility
- Candidates who want to take admission in 3-year LLB Course should pass APLAWSET
- Candidates should have passed their graduation exam in any discipline in (10 + 2 + 3) format.
- They must have scored a minimum of 45% in their graduation exams.
- If candidates have less than 45% marks in their (10 + 2) exams, they must have an additional graduation or postgraduate degree with a minimum of 45%
- They must have Indian citizenship.
Requirements
- For the award of 3 year LL.B. Degree, a candidate shall be required to have :
- Received instruction and training for the prescribed course of study as full-time students for three academic years, andPassed all the examinations prescribed for the award of 3 Year LL.B. Degree.
